By using matchpredictor.dev (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
What the Site provides
MatchPredictor publishes informational football statistics, model-based predictions, selection lists, and related tools. Content is provided for information and entertainment only. It is not financial, investment, or gambling advice.
We are not a bookmaker. We do not accept stakes, hold customer funds, or operate wagering services.
Age restriction
The Site is intended for users aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you must not use the Site.
No guarantees
Predictions, confidence scores, selection lists, and historical results are statistical estimates and summaries. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Matches can settle differently from any published pick. You use the Site at your own risk.
Third-party services
The Site may link to or integrate with third parties (for example sportsbook slip export, advertising, analytics, or language-model providers for optional AI Chat). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or outcomes.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, overload, or disrupt the Site or its APIs beyond normal browsing.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or operator controls.
- Do not misrepresent MatchPredictor content as guaranteed tips or as a licensed bookmaker product.
- Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose in your jurisdiction.
Intellectual property
Site design, branding, and original text are owned by MatchPredictor or its licensors. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Systematic republication of the card without permission is not allowed.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatchPredictor and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the Site, reliance on predictions, or interaction with third-party sportsbooks — including lost stakes, lost profits, or data loss.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
